Uptown did a whole house A/C install for me on Friday. The true test will be when the Houston summer starts. But, the install was very professional. I reviewed the furnace, evaporator coil and plenum install in the attic. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and top level install work. The sealing of the unit looked like they had masked off the ducting before applying making a very neat and airtight seal. I appreciated the follow up of the sales staff and how they stayed in touch. Usually, with contractors your left wondering if they are still going to show up when they said they would. Sebastian texted me the day before to let me know at what time they would arrive on Friday. Also, the price was right. I received my Trane system, which is the only brand I was interested in purchasing, for what I feel was a fair price. They offer a great financing plan of 48 months 0% APR. You cannot beat that. I receive a new A/C and get to spend their money for 4 years. All in all, I was satisfied with the transaction I had with Uptown.
